CAREER OPPORTUNITY - ON-SITE COMMUNITY MANAGER

On-Site Community Manager – Prestigious Montecito Beachfront Community (Part-Time)
  • Oversee daily operations for an exclusive guard-gated 113-unit beachfront community
  • Manage and coordinate a 4-person landscape and maintenance team responsible for 11 beautiful acres, including ocean deck, pool, and tennis court
  • Serve as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and the Board of Directors
  • Provide weekly updates, meeting support, and follow-through on community priorities
  • Coordinate vendor projects
  • Assist with budgets, insurance renewals, and community policies
  • Partner with a professional property management company providing financial and administrative support
Ideal Applicant should have:
  • Property management, HOA, or real estate experience
  • Strong communication, organization, computer, and problem-solving skills
On-site hours: Monday – Friday, 12 noon to 5 p.m. (25 hours per week)
Salary: $43 per hour
PTO: Holidays and Sick Time only
