Luncheon Programs: "The Networking Event"
CAI offers (9) educational luncheon programs per year. These programs provide an opportunity to network and showcase your business’ products and/or services with our members. Each luncheon program has an average of 180 attendees representing 300+ Homeowners Associations. Where else do you have the opportunity to network with that many potential clients?!
Dinner Programs: Ventura, Santa Barbara & Central Coast
CAI hosts (9) dinner programs per year. These programs are held in Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. Attendance average 90 attendees per dinner program. The attendees at the programs are Community Association homeowners, board members and community managers.
Board Leadership Development Course
This Saturday course is an introductory course for HOA Board Members and Homeowners. This program is a great opportunity to connect with Association Board of Directors during the lunch break. This course is held once per year in Ventura County and on an as needed basis in Pismo Beach.
This is a managers only event! Each program provides a great opportunity to meet one-on-one with management professionals working in our industry. Two Managers’ Programs are held each year. Please note, business partners can only attend if you sign up as an exhibitor.
Chapter Awards Presentation and Social Event
The Chapter’s Annual Awards Presentation is an opportunity for chapter members to enjoy a fun networking event while we also recognize our chapter volunteers and give a special “thank you” to our chapter members for their continued support!
Homeowners Association Community Faire & Workshops
This expo is offered twice per year and is an opportunity to show case your company’s products and/or services. Each event attracts over 230 Association Homeowners, Board Members and Community Managers. This event is open to members and non-members to attend. If interested in exhibiting, be sure to register early as these events do sell out quickly!
CAI Statewide Legal Forum: CA Communities
The statewide Legal Forum is held every October and presented by the (8) CA Chapters of CAI. If you are doing business in multiple counties, this is the event to be at as attendees from all over California attend this one day networking and educational event. Exhibitor & Sponsorship Opportunites are released in June each year.
